J-DSP proposal on sensors funded by NSF

Collaborative proposal on sensors research and education involving J-DSP and its mobile versions funded by NSF IUSE. The program will create research and education modules used by students to learn how to develop algorithms for sensor networks and program embedded sensors and mobile devices.
